Refund policy

GreeneCo accepts returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

Eligible returns are for store credit only (minus shipping costs). Store credit is issued to the original purchase account. 

No refunds will be issued.

Shipping is non-refundable. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. 

All items are inspected upon return. Returns showing signs of wear, use, damage, or poor condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer as final sale. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping. 

To start a return, please email us at hello@shopgreeneco.com. Be sure to include your name and order number. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days for your store credit to be issued. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
