Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
United States:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Priority Shipping: 2 business days AFTER order processes
Canada:
Shipping times to Canada vary by carrier and destination.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high-volume periods.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen:
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly
- You may also reach out to us at hello@shopgreeneco.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability.
